Macrotek Wins Acid and Heavy Metal Removal Contract

Macrotek Inc., designer and builder of custom air pollution equipment, has been awarded a contract for a packed bed scrubber system. The scrubber will remove acid and heavy metal from process exhaust.

The package includes a packed column and a thermoplastic recirculating piping system, complete with reagent dosing and system controls, all mounted on a skid. The skid package is fully assembled, pre-wired, and pre-piped for minimum field installation.

The project is currently in the design phase for delivery in July.
